Shoyu (Soja Sauce) Kikkoman

Kikkoman is the world´s largest producer of naturally brewed soy sauce, which is produced in the old traditional method of using only soy beans, wheat, water, salt and no other ingredients. The origins of the soy sauce production can be traced back 2,500 years.

Soy sauce is a natural seasoning for all food like meat, poultry, fish and seafood. It is also used as an ingredient in marinades and sauces, combined with other spices for soups, stews and braised dishes.
